Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent is required.
• Experience communicating effectively in a professional environment with a range of people.
• Excellent IT skills across Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and manage employment matters end-to-end.
• Conduct Employment Tribunal proceedings for insured or private clients.
• Draft settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and policies.
• Provide opinions on prospects and ACAS early conciliation.
• Disseminate employment law updates and train colleagues and clients.
