• CIOB or BSc in Building Surveying or HNC/HND, or RICS qualification.
• Knowledge and experience in Construction or Maintenance.
• Financial management and project management capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inspectors and surveyors for complex repairs.
• Control and report on a £2 million budget.
• Manage team performance and development.
• Ensure quality surveying and remedial works delivery.
• Engage tenants in the proposed works process.
