Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Digital Consultant for the Digital Consulting workstream to support the growth of a regional and global digital service. The Digital Consultant will report to the Principal Digital Consultant for Europe & India.

As a Digital Consultant you will guide client organisations through advisory and implementation of digital strategies, data analytics, AI adoption, technology and product development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to support delivery of strategic consultancy commissions.
• Demonstrated ability to combine Asset Management, Project Management, Information Management and data skills to deliver digital projects in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience in working with technical and non technical analytics teams.
• Experience of influencing non-technical executive stakeholders from around the business.
• Experience in supporting business development, customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Client Delivery: understand objectives and opportunities, build client relationships, exploit data to realise value from assets.
• Internal Delivery: support bids, promote digital service offerings, develop case studies and scalable offerings.
• Lead client workshops using Design Thinking and facilitation tools like Miro.
• Provide project management support for consultancy commissions including cost, risk and schedule.
• Ensure information management practices are robust and data governance is applied.
