Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a Digital Services Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Digital & AI initiatives. You will plan, coordinate and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality meet governance requirements.

The role requires managing digital, technology, data, automation or business change projects, coordinating diverse teams and external partners, and communicating effectively with stakeholders in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital, technology, data, automation or business change projects.
• Knowledge of project management methods, governance, scheduling, risk management and reporting practices.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and decisions in a structured way.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to deliver outcomes.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication of progress, risks and delivery challenges.
• Experience in regulated, assurance-led or quality-managed environments.
• Understanding of agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• PM qualifications or equivalent experience such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, AgilePM or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver Digital & AI projects from initiation through to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependency maps.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and partners to reach objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and action logs.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Prepare status reports, governance updates and assurance evidence.
• Support release planning, testing, implementation, and handovers.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and enable continuous improvement.
