Job summary

RAC is seeking a talented Middleweight Designer for its in-house Creative Studio. You’ll bring 4–5 years’ experience, strong visual craft and strong attention to detail, taking briefs from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product and digital teams to shape campaigns and customer experiences.

This hybrid role offers two days at the Bradley Stoke office and three days at home. RAC provides benefits including a Colleague Share Scheme, pension, life assurance, 25 days leave

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in an in-house studio or design agency.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with AI tools understanding.
• Strong motion design capabilities for multi‑platform content.
• A portfolio showing excellent design, typography and layout skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities from day one.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions across marketing channels and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and digital teams to bring concepts to life.
• Develop visuals for digital experiences on websites and apps.
• Produce motion graphics and animations as needed.
• Present ideas to stakeholders and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation.
