Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing for new lines and rebuys, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Compile and deliver accurate reports for customers and internal teams.
  • Implement and oversee the Critical Path process for all orders.
  • Forecast demand and manage rebuys based on lead times.
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders with global suppliers.
  • Maintain 98% stock availability through proactive forward forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Review supplier performance and implement sustainability changes.
  • Build and optimize reporting tools to improve efficiency.
  • Support Head of Customer Operations and assist with customer visits.

Skills

Experience with inventory management and analysing large data sets
Strong Excel skills including Lookups, Pivot tables and Macros
High attention to detail
Analytical reasoning and problem solving
Car and own licence
