Job summary

VIQU are partnering with a leading insurance organisation undergoing a significant data transformation programme in London. They are seeking a Data Transformation Manager to lead large-scale data initiatives, support the Enterprise Data Platform, and ensure data transformation delivers measurable business value.

You will work closely with business, IT and data stakeholders to drive successful delivery, own the roadmap, manage risks and budgets, and champion data governance and compliance across

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering transformation in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS and enterprise data architecture.
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, quality, and compliance.
• Experience managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, IT, and data teams.
• Experience driving change and adoption of new data platforms or capabilities.
• Insurance or financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the data value chain and business value of data.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the data transformation roadmap, aligned to business objectives and value.
• Lead large-scale data transformation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Support implementation and adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Work with business, IT, and data teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Track value delivered through data and AI initiatives.
• Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and milestones.
• Drive change management and adoption of new data capabilities.
• Ensure strong data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
