Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Data Scientist to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions across the business. You will develop predictive models, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Collaborate with product, operations, technology, and business teams, working across large datasets with hybrid UK locations including Basildon and Edinburgh. This role is subject to BPSS screening and security clearances as part of our governance framework.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and BI platform experience (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics.
• Experience building predictive models and ML solutions.
• Strong ETL, data integration, and data quality knowledge.
• Experience with large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

• Develop predictive models and ML algorithms to support decisions.
