The role requires strong Python, ML fundamentals, and a track record of delivering models into production. Hybrid work between London or Peterborough, within a fast-moving financial services context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data science teams delivering ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python and modelling fundamentals to assess work and contribute directly.
• Proven track record of connecting models to decisions, workflows or products.
• Experience with MLflow, model registries, Databricks or similar tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data science team building predictive systems powering AI platform.
