Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Data & AI Enterprise Architect Manager to lead architecture strategy, governance and roadmaps across Data and AI. The role collaborates with senior leaders to align investments with strategic priorities and regulatory obligations.

You will manage a team of Architects, drive consistency, and ensure secure, compliant solutions while shaping enterprise roadmaps across Technology, Data and Security domains.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture or a similar strategic architecture leadership role.
• TOGAF certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Data & AI architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solution and Domain Architects.
• Own the Data & AI enterprise architecture, governance, standards and design patterns.
• Shape strategic roadmaps aligned to Corporate, Technology, Data, AI and Security strategies.
• Drive consistency, re-use and simplification across our technology estate.
• Provide architectural leadership on key change initiatives and technology investment decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders and champion best practice architecture across the Society.
