Job summary

A leading housing provider is seeking a Damp and Mould Administrator for a temporary role in Pitsea, Essex. You will be responsible for managing damp and mould cases, ensuring compliance with legislation and enhancing resident satisfaction through effective repairs. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive hourly rate of £16.23 PAYE or £20.54 Umbrella. Strong experience in housing repairs and excellent communication skills are required.
