Job summary

PA Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced senior programme leader to design and deliver complex cyber security programmes aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements. You will establish governance, manage risk, and guide cross-functional teams across cyber security, technology, risk and operations.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate security challenges into practical delivery plans, and mentor teams while contributing to PA's

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and delivering cyber security programmes and/or large-scale security transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks, governance and risk management practices.
• Experience developing governance structures, delivery plans, budgets, reporting and assurance activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior executives.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deliver complex business and technology change programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex cyber security programmes aligned to client objectives.
• Establish governance, control, reporting, risk management and assurance.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across cyber security, technology, risk, operations and business functions.
• Deliver cyber maturity assessments, roadmaps and operating models.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and sponsors to provide strategic guidance.
