Job summary

ISR Recruitment seeks an experienced ICT Cyber & Information Security Manager to oversee a broad range of security, risk and compliance activities. The role operates in a hybrid model (Stockton-on-Tees + remote).

You will own the ICT security programme, drive KPIs, and engage with stakeholders to strengthen the organisation's security posture across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will combine technical security expertise with governance, risk management and strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Information Security/ Cyber Security Manager or equivalent.
• Experience leading security and compliance in a medium-to-large enterprise.
• Strong ISMS knowledge and governance capabilities.
• Experience with risk registers and security metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage cyber and information security activities across the organisation.
• Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management and security testing.
• Maintain and continually improve ISMS and security policies.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits (ISO 27002, Cyber Essentials Plus).
• Develop security metrics, reporting and MI for stakeholders.
• Support site transitions and acquisitions with security input.
