Job summary

Accent Housing is hiring a part-time Customer Service Advisor in Peterborough. This role is hybrid, with 2 days home after probation and a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Successful candidates will attend a four-week full-time training programme (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00) before moving to contracted hours. You will manage repair-related enquiries, diagnose faults, and ensure customers are looked after quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service with clear, empathetic communication.
• Resilient and solutions-focused when handling challenging conversations.
• Experience logging customer interactions using CRM and bespoke IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle repair-related enquiries and diagnose faults.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
• Keep customers and stakeholders updated throughout the service flow.
