You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, resolve issues promptly, and help detect potential fraud while working as part of a supportive team. Training and progression opportunities accompany a flexible hybrid setup.

• Experience in retail, hospitality or corporate customer service.
• Commitment to delivering high-level service and going beyond for customers.
• Adaptable, quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat regarding account or payment queries.
• Take ownership and assist customers to resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure calls are answered quickly and no one is left on hold.
