Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• A working knowledge of the use of fertilisers in arable farming is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers to gather key information for fertiliser recommendations.
• Responding to customer and sales team enquiries via telephone and email.
• Processing fertiliser recommendations using bespoke software.
• Maintaining customer database and company CRM system.
