  • Repatriation: Organise accepting beds in the UK and other countries and assess when and how patients are fit to return home safely.
  • Insurance Medicine: Work alongside non‑medical colleagues to provide clinical input on insurance cover decisions, including Consent and Disclaimers/GP checks.
  • Reporting & Triage: Respond to calls and consult with clients and colleagues in a timely manner according to triage priorities, completing accurate and focused reviews and reports.
  • Patient Care: Provide safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care while dealing with all calls in confidence and with empathy.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to challenge treating medical teams when necessary.
  • Work Ethic & Empathy: A strong work ethic, high IT competency, and a desire to enhance the patient journey with empathy.
