Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control or debt recovery, ideally within real estate or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full credit control process for clients, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Proactively contact clients to resolve overdue accounts, negotiating payment terms when necessary.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
