One Legal Recruitment seeks a Corporate Tax Associate for a highly ranked international law firm in Surrey. The role provides full transactional support and standalone tax advice to a diverse client base, including UK and international matters.

You will handle the full spectrum of corporate tax work, draft and negotiate tax deeds and warranties for sales/purchases, and advise on tax-efficient structures for venture capital investments, including EIS relief.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2.5 years PQE.
• Strong technical background in corporate tax law.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Aufgaben

• Undertaking fee-earning work and contributing to the division's success.
• Drafting and negotiating tax deeds and warranties for business sales and purchases.
• Advising on tax-efficient structures for venture capital investments, including S/EIS relief applications.
• Assisting with the establishment of share incentive schemes for employees, directors, and advisors.
• Managing client communications and providing clear, actionable legal advice.
• Supporting the firm's business development efforts and maintaining client relationships.
