Job summary

Service Care seeks a Corporate Solicitor in Stoke to join a growing legal team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PQE in corporate law and will manage their own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions.

You will work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporates in a collaborative environment. The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path and a range of benefits, with emphasis on client relationships and high-quality advice on mergers,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in corporate law.
• Experience managing own matters and caseload.
• Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions and business sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate matters from instruction to completion.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases.
• Handle formations, restructures and corporate reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and other documents.
• Provide governance and general company law advice.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
• Contribute to business development and networking.
