Job summary

K3 Law in Manchester is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a growing boutique firm. You will gain exposure to lower to mid-market corporate work, including sellside, buyside, capital markets, and PE fundraise. The role offers a flexible benefits package and a mix of office and home-working arrangements.

The successful candidate will have strong corporate knowledge, excellent research and analytical skills, and a high level of professionalism. Greater Manchester ties are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with corporate matters from a law firm or corporate services environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a wide range of corporate transactions.
• Support the team on disclosure and due diligence.
• Draft and review ancillary documents.
• Conduct research for the team.
