Qualifications

• Apprenticeship, HNC/D or Degree in construction or building services ideal.
• Knowledge of construction and/or manufacturing plant & equipment installations.
• Understanding of contractor management and Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers across all project phases following the RIBA Plan of Work.
• Lead small work packages or independent projects.
• Ensure all installations comply with statutory health & safety legislation.

Skills

Knowledge of construction and/or manufacturing plant & equipment installations

Understanding of contractor management and Health & Safety compliance with CDM regulations

Team leadership and coordination
