Job summary

Uxbridge & Windsor Employment Agency is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager for a fast-paced professional services client. The role focuses on consumer, marketing or promotional compliance, advising on campaigns and ensuring legality, fairness, transparency and commercial viability.

You will review briefs, identify risks, draft and review terms, provide guidance on consumer protection, monitor regulatory changes, and translate complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience within compliance, regulatory or governance work is required.
• Ability to draft clear legal or compliance documents with accuracy.
• Explain complex requirements to non-legal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs for campaigns and consumer-facing activity.
• Identify legal, regulatory and reputational risks early.
• Advise on promotional mechanics and customer communications.
• Draft and review terms and conditions and compliance docs.
• Provide guidance on consumer protection and marketing compliance.
