Job summary

The Back Up Trust is seeking a Community and Challenge Events Coordinator to help grow and diversify our community fundraising through events like The Push, The London Marathon and Do the Loop. The role focuses on delivering welcoming, inclusive opportunities that connect supporters to our mission and to others with spinal cord injury.

You will work closely with staff, volunteers and affected individuals to create memorable experiences, build strong supporter relationships and grow long-term

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community fundraising and challenge events.
• Ability to build inclusive, welcoming programmes for diverse groups.
• Strong collaboration with volunteers, colleagues and people affected by spinal cord injury.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver a varied programme of community fundraising and challenge events.
• Support schools, community groups and supporters with fundraising activities.
