How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Mainly based at Alpha Tower in Birmingham minimum 2 days in the office but also a balanced approach to work is normal working from home etc.

Team members - Communications Manager wider NCE Comms team

Collaboration with NCE Team and SLT / ELT

• Assisting with and creating your own internal and external communications. Including emails articles social media posts graphics.
• Event preparation e.g. helping gather responses from invitees creating table plans place settings name cards
• Getting to know and talking to people across the organisation to gather information and produce comms on a range of projects and initiatives
• Keeping employees up to date by sharing / producing announcements and intranet articles
• Helping to coordinate and facilitate participation in larger company wide initiatives

Copy writing

• Comfortable getting involved in various tasks focussing on different topics and working with people across multiple teams
• Confident approaching and talking to a varied range of new people
• Creating visuals / graphics on canva
• Social media posting and scheduling

Languages

• English fluency is Must have

Position based in Birmingham- UK for an initial period of 12 months (extendable once).
