Michael Page is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel in the United Kingdom. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts, including MSAs, framework, supply chain, service, distribution, manufacturing and data processing agreements.

You will help implement contracting policies, playbooks and templates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, IP and data protection, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with strong commercial law background.
• Excellent drafting and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IP rights and data protection law.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including MSAs, framework, supply chain and procurement, service, distribution, manufacturing and data processing agreements.
• Assist with implementation and management of contracting policies, playbooks and templates.
• Provide clear legal guidance and communicate risks and opportunities to internal teams.
• Advise on data protection, IP and regulatory changes affecting the business.
