Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking a qualified Social Worker for a Community Mental Health service in the United Kingdom. The role is full-time with hybrid working (1 day per week) and requires a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

The successful candidate will work within a team focused on safeguarding, section 117 arrangements, assessments and care coordination, including transitions for clients turning 18.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work.
• Post-qualification and ASYE experience in mental health teams.
• Up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Involves safeguarding and promoting vulnerable adults.
• Conduct assessments, care-coordination and care planning.
• Support transition of clients turning 18 and related services.
