You’ll drive marketplace integration features, lead deployments, and work with security-focused tech. This role emphasizes platform scalability, reliability, and collaboration with cybersecurity partners.

The Senior Engineer I level requires deep cloud expertise, strong Python/Go coding, and a focus on secure, scalable cloud services within a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of API architectures and integration patterns.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and EDR/XDR.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform features that support marketplace integrations.
• Lead technical implementations from concept through deployment and sustainment.
• Innovate on platform features by identifying customer needs with internal teams.
• Respond to service vulnerability indicators and test in pre-prod before production.
• Analyze and resolve complex platform issues using advanced monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity partners to ensure successful integrations.
• Drive platform improvements via data-driven decisions and feedback.
• Maintain high availability and performance of platform services.
• Participate in on-call rotation monthly.
