Job summary

Qureight seeks an experienced Clinical Study Manager to join our Clinical Operations team in Cambridge or London. You will manage study delivery, from kick-off through close-out, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality standards are met.

You’ll coordinate with clinical sites, data managers and stakeholders to capture requirements, drive start-up activities and maintain project plans in a fast-paced biotech setting. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, ideally in imaging CRO or similar trial delivery environment.
• Experience as a project manager or start-up specialist in clinical research is desirable, with a focus on lung and heart trials.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP with recent training.
• Experience within a Quality Management System (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards, e.g., 21 CFR Part 11.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving in a technical and innovative environment.
• Formal qualification in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned customer projects from kick-off to close-out.
• Develop and maintain study plans, timelines, trackers and study management documents.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks and dependencies early.
• Coordinate study meetings, prepare agendas and track actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
• Support clinical site managers and data managers to deliver milestones.
• Deliver start-up activities including Kick-off Meetings and key study documents.
• Manage project-level change and risk; monitor financial milestones and invoicing with Finance.
• Ensure activities comply with Qureight SOPs, GCP, ISO27001, and data privacy regulations.
• Support process improvements in Clinical Operations.
