Qualifications

• Graduate with a law-related degree or professional qualification.
• Desire to work in clinical negligence and law.
• Willing to work under supervision and take direction from the team leader.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPI targets and ensure timely case progression.
• Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, third party solicitors and insurers.
• Handle pre- and post-issue procedures under supervision in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain Proclaim Action List actions and accurate time recording.
• Maintain client files in order per Lexcel and QA requirements.
