Job summary

Pearson TQ is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team as an Apprenticeship Assessor - Clinical Healthcare. Responsibilities

• Deliver apprenticeship coaching, assessment and learner support.
• Conduct workplace observations and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress against achievement targets.
• Prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment.
• Deliver regular learner reviews and employer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and programme documentation.
