Qualifications

• 12 months relevant experience or 6 months experience plus law degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience with MOJ Claims Portal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage & Product Liability claims.
• Maintain accurate data on case management system.
• Comply with client SLA’s and maintain quality service standards.
