Job summary

Sessions is hiring a Trainer to guard brand excellence across our delivery portfolio. You will onboard partner kitchens, ensuring every dish served via Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats meets our exacting standards.

You will travel the UK to train culinary teams, audit kitchens for quality, and train them on our Sessions Serve technology while collaborating with sales and operations to drive brand success.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Experience training people in a catering or kitchen environment.
• Previous chef experience in professional kitchens is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for work on a regular basis.
• Experience with multiple food concepts and cuisines.
• Excellent command of English and health/safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the UK to on-site partner kitchens for hands-on training.
• Audit partner kitchens for suitability, quality and performance.
• Train partners on Sessions Serve technology and delivery best practices.
• Onboard and launch brands into host kitchens and collaborate with sales.
• Measure capacity, manage training follow-ups and support operations.
