The role supports BusinessLive with regional enterprise storytelling and close collaboration with commercial teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Manchester, with attendance at events outside regular hours.

Qualifikationen

• You’ll live on patch and bring, or rapidly build, an extensive network of local contacts.
• Excellent understanding of search, social headlines, newsletter strategy, and digital-first formats.
• Clear understanding of what content hooks audiences into daily coverage of business.

• Provide a daily feed of unique, relevant business coverage for the local community.
• Source original stories that inform and engage readers about the local business landscape.
• Curate must-read newsletters, live blogs, weekly roundups, and exclusive subscriber-focused journalism.
• Develop key networks, engage with influential people in the business community, and represent your title and BusinessLive online and in person.
• Feed standout regional enterprise stories into the BusinessLive platform.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to maximise revenue opportunities for business journalism.
