London-based engineering consultancy seeks a BIM Specialist with a coordination focus to join their London team on a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).

In this hands-on role you will develop Revit MEP models, coordinate services across architectural and structural models up to Stage 4, and take ownership of modelling packages while resolving clashes and communicating issues clearly.

Formación

• Strong Revit MEP experience.
• Good understanding of building services and coordination.
• Experience working on projects up to Stage 4.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, mark-ups and technical information.
• Confident identifying and resolving clashes within Revit.
• Strong communication skills and a practical, quality-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mechanical, electrical and public health services within Revit.
• Coordinate building services against architectural and structural models.
• Take ownership of assigned modelling and coordination packages.
• Identify and resolve clashes, working closely with engineers where required.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate modelling issues clearly.
• Produce accurate, coordinated drawings and project deliverables.
• Follow BIM standards, modelling procedures and project workflows.
