Job summary

London-based architectural practice seeks an experienced BIM Lead for an initial 6-month contract, with a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home). The role requires leading BIM strategies, templates, and ISO 19650 compliance across projects in residential, hotels and data centres sectors.

Key requirements include a minimum of 5 years in BIM, strong Revit skills and proficiency in clash detection platforms. Immediate start available for an Outside IR35 position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a BIM environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 19650 certification and standards.
• Proficient in Revit and clash detection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage models, QA and clash detection processes.
