• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with software-related tenders.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and organize vast amounts of information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire tendering process from receipt to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and stakeholders.
• Engage and motivate bid team members for compelling materials.
• Review terms and conditions with legal, sales and finance.
• Produce bid documentation following branding guidelines.
• Run tender approval processes and track risk.
