Job summary

Deloitte invites a highly analytical Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the GMI migration in Global Markets Technology & Operations, London Hybrid. You will decommission a legacy platform and migrate to a new data-centric target architecture, bridging Clearing Operations, Technology, Front Office and Finance.

This role demands strong BA/PM skills, deep capital markets knowledge, and hands-on data profiling, mapping, and migration delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA/PM in a Tier 1 bank, prime services, clearing house, or top-tier consulting.
• Proven delivery of data migration, transformation, and platform migration in capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, futures and options lifecycle, and reference data.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and target-state design for cleared derivatives platforms.
• Perform data profiling, mapping, and quality checks to support migration.
• Drive migration readiness through test design, reconciliation, and UAT support.
• Collaborate with business, tech, operations, vendors and clearing houses to manage risks and milestones.
• Maintain RAID, test/defect management, and stakeholder communications.
