Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in Bromley is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to contribute to early intervention and prevention emotional wellbeing services for children and families. The role involves data collection, analysis of outcomes, and reporting on KPIs for Bromley Y across the year.

The post holder will support audits, research projects and equity, diversity and inclusion data, with a balance of home-based work and time at Ethelbert Road.

Qualifications

• To ensure knowledge and skills are continuously developed and maintained at a high level of competence.
• Training needs identified through line management and personal development plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and precise data entry and scoring.
• Communicate and liaise with different teams to collect and analyse data for regular service performance reporting and for projects.
• Prepare reports for Teams and the wider organisation.
• Maintain clear records in line with service policies and procedures.
• Contribute to quarterly reporting against KPIs and distribute documents to staff and stakeholders.
• Support design, facilitation and evaluation of Therapeutic Groups for children, young people and Parents/Carers.
