Job summary

A Wealth and Asset Management company in London is seeking an experienced Asset Management Client Onboarding Administrator. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with Investment Managers to deliver quality service and maintain client accounts. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and relevant industry qualifications like IOC. This position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - 65,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Sound technical knowledge and experience within an Asset Management environment.
• Working knowledge of investment parameters and fee arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Investment Managers to discuss client requirements.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of existing client accounts.
• Liaise with third parties for custodial matters and account openings.
• Develop ongoing relationships with clients.
• Administer client data on internal and external systems.
