Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an Application Packaging Engineer to join a specialist team for packaging, discovery, and deployment of applications across enterprise endpoints using Intune and SCCM. The role is hands-on and requires demonstrable expertise.

You will create and maintain packages (App-V, MSI, PSADT), repackage legacy apps for modern platforms, and deploy/test via Intune, Citrix, and SCCM in live-like environments. Strong PowerShell skills and Windows 11 know‑how are essential.

Qualifications

Experience packaging applications (App-V, MSI, PSADT).
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Extensive knowledge of Intune and SCCM for deployment and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Sysinternals and diagnostics tools.
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Security.
Familiarity with AD, Entra, Group Policy, Citrix, MSIX, MSGraph.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain application packages using MasterPackager, MSI, App-V Sequencer, PSADT.
Repackage legacy applications for Intune/Windows 365.
Deploy and test apps using Intune, Citrix, SCCM in live-like environments.
Troubleshoot deployment failures and conflicts.
Resolve Windows Defender ASR and AppLocker blocks.
Produce technical discovery documentation for packaging/deployment.
Peer review and QA of colleagues' packaging work.
