Job summary

A well-established business in Leeds is seeking a Sales Ledger Assistant to assist with credit control and manage invoicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role. This position offers a salary of up to £25,800 per annum and a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Additionally, the role includes 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, and on-site parking.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with credit control chasing outstanding payments from internal and external customers.
  • Dealing with invoice queries.
  • Checking and posting invoices to the ledger daily.
  • Assisting with month end close.
  • Allocating and posting cash receipts.
  • Collecting over the phone.
