Job summary

Node4 is looking for a 1st line support engineer who will be the entry point for all requests and tickets. You will work closely with 2nd line teams to provide a cohesive client experience and update customers through logging, research, action plans, escalation, and resolution.

An excellent line of communication must be upheld with both team members and clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to maintain NPPV3 with SC.
• Evidence of excellent customer service skills.
• Keen to progress in IT and knowledge of ITIL ServiceDesk.

Responsibilities

• Act as the entry point for all requests and tickets.
• Update customers on all stages of support calls from logging to resolution.
• Collaborate with 2nd line teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Maintain excellent communication with team members and clients.
• Be the focal point of the managed services team for first-class support.
