We’re currently looking for a HVAC & Refrigeration Services Engineer to join our fantastic service team. This is a mobile, full-time role focused on delivering top-quality service and maintenance to commercial HVAC systems—particularly within sectors like hospitality, retail, and leisure.
You’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, working within agreed timeframes and service agreements, and ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.

As a HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be working on service, maintenance and repair work on various HVAC&R equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. This is a mobile role predominantly within the Midlands - Watford area.
In this role you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving highly complex systems.
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, which includes packaged air handling units & gas heaters
Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components within walk in cold rooms, small display cabinets, freestanding freezer & chillers, cellar cooling & ice machines
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
