Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings to specify appropriate products.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations.
• Support external sales teams with leads, pricing, and product knowledge.
• Follow up on quotes, promote offers, and upsell where appropriate.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve product queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heating and ventilation products.
