Qualifications

• Proven experience working with a range of Air Conditioning manufacturers and systems.
• Self-motivated and meticulous with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and troubleshoot complex technical queries.
• Assist with ordering new systems and managing warranty claims.
• Undertake basic design work and perform heat loss calculations.
• Lead the company's F-gas compliance management.
• Create RAMS and manage technical documentation.
• Develop excellent client relationships and handle inquiries.
• Conduct site visits for surveys and provide technical assistance.
