Responsibilities

• Define and implement HVAC processes and standards (BMS, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related equipment).
• Ensure compliance, safety, and performance across the supply chain and service delivery.
• Manage HVAC assets, PPM schedules, and compliance registers.
• Audit projects, analyse asset performance, and identify improvements.
• Act as subject matter expert, providing guidance, technical advice, and support to major projects.

Essential Skills

Significant experience with HVAC systems in large estates.

Strong knowledge of legislation, safety, and compliance standards.

Expertise in asset management and PPM scheduling (e.g., SFG20).

Stakeholder management with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with CAFM systems and compliance solutions.
