Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to oversee ductwork and HVAC/AC installation projects across London. Initial sites are in South Kensington and Greenwich, with chances to move to more London sites as the business grows.

You will supervise HVAC installation works, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to high standards. The role requires CSCS and site safety cards, strong leadership, and clear reporting skills. Permanent position with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising ductwork installation projects (essential).
• HVAC/AC installation experience is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Confident using a computer for basic reporting and administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Relevant CSCS and site safety cards/certifications.
• Must be looking for a permanent position rather than contract work.

The initial projects are expected to be based in South Kensington and Greenwich, with opportunities to move onto additional London sites as the business continues to grow.

The Role
