Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round | Commercial & Industrial HVAC

The Senior Service Technician is responsible for safely and successfully maintaining and servicing industrial heating and air conditioning systems. This is a hands‑on field role requiring strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Typical Duties
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose issues and repair to the electronic control board level
  • Replace faulty breakers, controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and wiring
  • Repair and maintain motors, compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers
  • Record and track pressure, temperature, airflow, and humidity data
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain current certifications
  • Work on refrigeration and water systems (experience a plus)
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience servicing industrial HVAC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and instructions
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle)
  • Availability to work on‑call, after‑hours, and weekends as needed
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and professionally
Physical Requirements
  • Stand/walk up to 8 hours daily
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and carry short distances
  • Stoop, crawl, crouch, twist, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces
  • Climb ladders and work on rooftops or above ceilings
  • Work in outdoor environments year‑round
