HVAC Sales Manager

Location: Manchester UK-wide (Hybrid / Home-based with client travel)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you a commercially driven Sales Manager with experience in technical or engineered solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK manufacturer at the forefront of industrial dehumidification, drying and humidity-control systems.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of business development across key sectors including pharmaceutical, food, aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. You'll identify and nurture new business opportunities while supporting existing clients with tailored humidity-control solutions that optimise their production environments.

This is a consultative sales role - you'll be working closely with engineers and project managers to deliver high-performance environmental systems to a range of UK and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share and revenue.
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities within industrial and process environments for humidity-control solutions.
  • Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and specifications.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions and client sites to promote the company's solutions and brand.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and market intelligence to the senior leadership team.
About You
  • Proven track record in B2B technical sales, ideally within HVAC, climate control, process engineering, or environmental systems.
  • Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles and project-based delivery.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of managing a national sales territory.
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
